Yossi has been helping people move without pain, focusing on balance and stability, for the last 20 years. His workouts are built around stability balls, allowing you to build strength and imporve your quality of life.
Viktoria will be leading a 30-minute session on Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual and physical practice that combines movement, breath work, meditation, and chanting of mantras to awaken the kundalini energy believed to reside at the base of the spine. This energy is often described as a coiled serpent that, when awakened, travels up through the chakras (energy centers) along the spine to the crown of the head, leading to spiritual enlightenment and self-awareness.
