We start our trip with a pleasant kilometre walk around the Montfort lake at Ma’alot.
Then we drive to the Crusader remains and Orthodox church at the top of the hill in the Christian village of Mi’ilya and hear a bit about the history.
Our next stop is the ‘Ez Harim’ goats dairy (kosher), with a wide choice of cheeses and yoghurts (bring a cooler bag to store anything you buy).
Finally, we stop for lunch in Kfar Vradim at Ma’arag Cafe (kosher), part of a unique social and rehabilitation project for people with special needs with art workshops and a gallery shop in the cafe.
