Come hear Rabbi Haviva Ner-David from Kibbutz Hannaton speak about her two novels, ‘Hope Valley’ and ‘To Die in Secret’, and how through her vision for a better world and grassroots tikkun olam work, she maintains hope instead of giving in to despair in these painfully challenging times - a theme both books share.
Haviva is active in partnership shared society work with Palestinian and Jewish Israelis and believes “this is the only hope for this country and the region, the only way we can all live together in peace, safety, and equality on this land -- since none of us are going anywhere."
Rabbi Haviva Ner-David is a rabbi and a writer of fiction and non-fiction. She is active in a variety of groups promoting activist partnership and shared living among Palestinian and Jewish Israelis, such as Standing Together, Spirit of the Galilee, and Hand-in-Hand.
