“Hamakom” a home for self-development and self-awareness, is running this one-hour introductory workshop where you can experience the unique fruits of Mindfulness practices including soft physical movement, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. Alongside the practices, we will have the opportunity to learn some important theoretical principles in relation to the practice and the different states of consciousness we experience in our daily lives.
