With a view to the upcoming Grand Flamenco Show on November 20th, this session will be dedicated to Spanish dishes. There is a limitation of 10 participants so please register early.
The aim is to jointly prepare (and, of course, eat together) several vegetarian dishes based on a specific style of cooking which will rotate from session to session. For this session, we will prepare dishes like Tapas, Empanadas, Tortillas, Paella and Madeira cake. The final menu will be decided closer to the event.
1. The venue of this session is strictly vegetarian and is suitable for those who eat kosher.
2. Anyone with specific food allergies should be aware when registering for this session and take full responsibly.
3. The recipes used will be sent to all the participants by email after the session.
4. Please bring an apron and some containers so that you can take home any food which is left over.
